- Location Data: Pickup and delivery address information you provide, and approximate device location (with your permission) to match you with nearby partners.
- Order & Service Data: Details of services requested, garment types, special instructions, preferences, and order history.
- Payment Information: Transaction metadata and payment method details. We do not store raw card data — payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Razorpay / Stripe).
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
- Communications: Messages, feedback, support requests, and ratings you submit through the platform.

How We Use Your Information
We use your data to deliver and continuously improve our services:
- Service Delivery: Processing orders, coordinating pickups, tracking garments, and delivering clean clothes to you.
- Partner Matching: Using your location and preferences to connect you with the most suitable verified laundry partners.

- Platform Improvement: Analysing usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and personalise recommendations.
- Safety & Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, verifying identities, and ensuring platform integrity.
- Legal Compliance: Meeting obligations under applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023.
- Marketing: Sending promotional content about Lndry services — only with your explicit consent, and you can opt out anytime.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Verified Partner Businesses: Your name, contact number, and pickup/delivery address are shared with the specific Lndry partner assigned to your order — solely to fulfil your service.
- Payment Processors: Transaction data is shared with PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to process payments securely.
- Technology Service Providers: Trusted vendors providing cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools, and communication services — bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: When required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the safety and rights of users and the platform.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with prior notice to users.

Your data is stored on secure servers located in India, maintained by reputable cloud providers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Lndry's services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. Third-Party Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (payment gateways, social media, mapping services). This Privacy Policy applies only to Lndry's own services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
